We give riding lessons to all age groups and all levels. We have shown horses in AQHA, APHA, and NSBA, winning in state and national levels. We enjoy having everyone and teach 4-H kids,teach skills for trail riders,teach people interested in showing in western and english and teach anyone that wants to fullfill a dream and learn to ride. We give all age riding lessons. Private or semi-private lessons, no group lessons. We furnish great school horses for western and english pleasure. We also give lessons using students horses if they want to bring them. We have shown and schooled horses for 25 years and hope to be able to pass on our knowledge to all our students. We teach western pleasure, english pleasure, english equitation, trail riding skills, showmanship, horsemanship, halter and low level dressage.We give lessons from March to Nov. and then take a break for holidays.

We have a herd of great trail riding horses for every level of riding. Our trail rides are a little different than most Riding Barns, not the boring head to tail rides!! We even have a small petty zoo with barn yard animals! We have a wide variety of saddles to choose from to make your ride comfortable! Personalize attention to every rider to insure a safe ride. We'll take you on a ride where you are free to ride at a comfortable pace on a safe horse. Rides can be scheduled just about anytime. We just ask for a few days notice if possible. Prices vary depending on the length of the ride you wish to take. We can ride for 1 hour 1/2 day!! All day rides can be arranged with proper notice, but be ready to ride! We recommend a 1 or 2 hour ride. (That's a long time to sit in a saddle!!) Give us a call for more information! You'll be amazed how much fun you can have on a horse!
Special arrangements can be made for any group. To ensure everyone has a safe but enjoyable time, for larger groups we may have to take out the riders in separate groups. Normally we can take anywhere from 5 to 7 riders at a time. We have some great horses, but also safety is an issue. Pairing the correct horse with the experience level of the rider is important! We can only ride at the comfort level of each rider. Which means, if there are 3 riders, 2 want to run or trot, the other just wants to walk, we need 2 guides to accommodate the riders. Please mention this while scheduling appointments as prices may vary to cover costs of a guide.We also do lead line rides for young children, please call for more information and age limits.

LONE STAR RANCH
Departing from the ranch, you can take a liesurely ride through the forest trails. For more experienced riders, the Lone Star does offer faster paced rides. All trail rides are lead by a knowledgeable guide, and there are numerous opportunities to stop and enjoy the scenery, or take some memorable photos.Trail rides range from 1 hour to overnight, depending on weather conditions and rider requests. The Lone Star can easily accomodate specialized riding events (birthday parties, all-day rides, over-nighters, etc).
The Lone Star also offers "horse delivery", for those wishing to bring the horses to another location (office picnic's, church or school functions, etc).

Natural Valley Ranch
Natural Valley Ranch is a full service equine as well as a public trail riding facility located in Hendricks County, Indiana. We are minutes from Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield, Danville and Indianapolis. We have horses available for one or two hour guided rides on approximately 70 acres along the banks of White Lick Creek. We ride every day-year round, weather permitting. For our boarders we have a 120' x 50' barn completed in 2006 which houses our 100' x 50' indoor arena, secure climate-controlled tack room, restroom facilities, hot/cold wash stall, grooming station and office. An additional attached barn holds 10 each 10' x 12' stalls. Our facility also includes an outdoor riding arena and a panel-pipe fenced round pen. We also have direct access to the future B&O Trail which will offer miles and miles of trails for your riding enjoyment. Natural Valley Ranch accepts all breeds, disciplines, and riding skills. We have a variety of horses available for you to lease and to trail ride. We also offer training for most disciplines, including Western, Western Pleasure, Trail, Contesting and English.
