Hourly or per day availability. Our camels can be free-reined for groups of up to 5 riders, or strung together caravan-style for the less experienced riders or groups of up to 10. This experience of camel riding can be tailored to meet a group's interests or needs. We have interesting and scenic locations available near our ranch, and are always ready to try new and exciting locations to meet the interests of our riders. You've always wanted to ride a camel and never had the chance? Looking for something unusual to do with the kids? Maybe a unique attraction at your local fair or carnival? We have the answer - Camel Rides! This is a controlled ride, with a trainer hand-guiding the camel. For this type of ride, we use a loading stand for the easy "on & off" of customers. This way anyone from age 1 to 101 are able to ride. These rides are available at your location or here at our ranch.

Training 5 days/week lesson or riding Individual lessons Trainer ride Lesson with school horse Willow Pines’ head trainer, Amy Self, has an incredible 19 years experience in training hunter, jumper and equitation, beginning in southern California as assistant trainer to Siri Larson, then starting her own training barn at Flintridge Riding Club and eventually moving to Las Vegas. Amy has had the unique opportunity of training with many top professionals in her field, which reflects in her outstanding riding and training skills. Amy’s students show monthly both locally and out of state at A and B circuit shows. Her students have won numerous championships at A shows in the equitation, jumper and hunter divisions, and most recently won PCHA and USEF 2006 year-end awards. Amy’s show team is made up of goal-oriented individuals dedicated to competing quality horses at top horse shows. The show team is friendly and fun yet serious about showing and rendering the best experience possible for both the horse and rider. Amy accepts students from beginner through advanced—those who are interested in showing competitively as well as those who want to improve their riding while learning better horsemanship and an enriched knowledge of the sport. She offers training for the development of young horses and cares for the special needs of older horses to enable all in our program to achieve their full potential.
